Tuna and cucumbers tartar
Diced and shucked cucumbers
Carrots cutted into thin strips
n.10 , vol-au-vent micro or puffy pastry poker-shaped
500 g.- red tuna
n.2 – cucumbers
n. 2 –carrots
Cut the tuna into thin strips and add some salt. Peel and prepare diced cucumbers. Peel and cut the carrots into thin strips.
Put the tartar over the vol-au-vent and garnish with the cucumbers and the carrots.
