Green beans
Diced tomatoes

n.10 spoon shortcrust tartlets with brisé pastry

Ingredients

200 g.- ricotta cheese
n.30 – green beans
to taste – tomato

Method

Prepare the ricotta cheese with salt, black pepper and olive oil to obtain quenelles to put into the spoon shortcrust tartlets with brisé pastry. Garnish with seared and boiled green beans and fresh diced tomatoes.
