Italian crown

Ingredients & Preparation

  • Burrata 500 g
  • Ciliegino tomatoes 100 g
  • Basil Q.B
  • Red onion skin Q.B

Mix the burrata putting oil and salt, then put into a sac a poche. Cut the tomatoes into wedges.

Burned onion powder

Spread the onion skin in a cooking pan and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Blend with a food processor.


Fill the brisè crown tart with the burrata cream, decorate with tomatoes, basil and burned onion powder.
